We were pleased to obtain a Detailed Planning Approval recently for a residential development of 3no. detached dwellinghouses, on behalf of the Trustees of the Diocese of Motherwell.

Located off Hyndford Road close to the beautiful Lanark Loch, on a site which is currently used as storage, the new homes will be of a traditional design with modern features such as large glazing elements and a materials palette which complements the Inn on the Loch restaurant opposite. The addition of a bespoke landscaping design will enhance the development and blend it with the surrounding area.
