This bespoke contemporary dwelling was designed to sit on the banks of the River Clyde in Bothwell to take full advantage of the river views and mature landscaped setting to offer bright, modern and flexible living accommodation.
The accommodation comprises a feature double height entrance hall accessing a large open plan living, kitchen and dining space with full length feature sliding glass doors opening out onto a covered terrace. On lower ground level, a large home gym, study and play room open out directly onto the landscaped gardens. To complete the accommodation, the upper level comprises an art studio and laundry room, guest bedroom, a large master bedroom suite and two further en-suite bedrooms all accessed off a feature gallery hallway. The three main bedrooms all have private external terraces facing on to the river. Externally, the building utilises zinc cladding, grey composite timber cladding and smooth render to create a crisp and modern design.
