Seafar, Cumbernauld

Further to DTA obtaining Planning Permission in October, we are currently progressing a building warrant application on behalf of our client Zoom Developments for 24 no. two and three bedroom flats in Seafar, Cumbernauld. The development, in which the applicant will be working in conjunction with North Lanarkshire Council brings much needed additional social housing provision to the local area with modern open plan living, landscaping and car parking facilities for its residents.
