The Fairways, Strathaven

Here’s a preview of an exciting new flatted development project we’ve been working on at DTA.

Based in an area of unused land at Strathaven Golf Club, the proposals look to redevelop the site into 18 no. luxury two bedroom flats offering spacious accommodation with full height glazing, private covered balconies and fantastic uninterrupted views across the golf course.

Planning Permission was recently granted and we’re busy progressing the next stage of the project which we look forward to sharing with you!
